This event was a Community Service event hosted by the Nature Concervancy of Canada (NCC), a private non-profit organization which is Canada's leading national land conservation organization. NCC and their partners help concerve more than 2.8 Million Acres (1.1 Million hectares) of ecologically significant land from coast to coast.

Our mission was to help eliminate invasive alien species of trees to help restore the land back to its original state, specifically Scots Pine (Pinus Sylvestris).
